You retain ownership of the recordings you upload. By submitting audio to a battle, you grant VerseBattle.io a non-exclusive license to store and display your submission within the platform. VerseBattle.io is not liable for content uploaded by users. You are solely responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You may not upload content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. VerseBattle.io reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user at its sole discretion.
Battle Bars and Gems are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. VerseBattle.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate virtual currency systems at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or exploit the platform in ways not intended.
